VA homes are previously occupied property with no warranties, expressed or implied, or any kind of promise for corrective work to be done at a later date.  All properties are sold "As Is", without further repairs. VA does not warrant any mechanical systems including, but not limited to: plumbing, heating and cooling systems, electrical systems, roofs, foundations, hot water heaters, appliances, water softeners, sump pumps, solar systems, attic fans, wells, or septic systems, structural integrity, concrete members, decks, pools, fireplaces, sprinkler systems, hot tubs, humidifiers, wood stoves, intercoms, air cleaners, or vacuum systems on any properties. Lead-based paint and/or asbestos may be present in some properties. This list is not intended to be all-inclusive; there may be other conditions which require repair. Inspection reports and engineer's reports which may be on file are available for review, if desired. Disclosures shown on individual property listings are based on information provided to VA as interim owner of the property. VA does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of these disclosures.
