If you have valued clients you've nurtured and helped over the years, and they are now moving to the Northern Virginia area...you'll want them to receive the same care attention they're accustomed to receiving from you. You spent a lot of time earning their trust during your relationship with them, now you'll want to pass them on to an agent who will continue to give them the kind of service you've always provided. Just give me their names, desired method of contact and when to contact, and they will continue singing your praises as they always have.

realtor.gif (4096 bytes)I am a seasoned, professional, full-time agent and Accredited Buyer Representative with over 17 years experience in the industry...affiliated with RE/MAX Allegiance in Burke, Virginia....the number one real estate office in the Northern Virginia market. Here's some additional  information you may find helpful.

What I'll do....

  1. As soon as your clients are ready to begin the process, I'll initiate contact, find out the specifics and start providing them information about the area, homes, schools, maps etc.

  2. I've lived throughout the area for more than 13 years and am extremely knowledgeable about it.

  3. When they are ready to make a trip here, I'll meet them at an airport, train station, bus station or any station and take them to where they might be staying or have to initially go. As long as I have sufficient notice, I'll insure that we maximize their time during trips here.

  4. I'll provide you weekly updates on the progress. If they have any questions or issues they want to  review with a familiar, respected professional, you'll always know what is currently going on and be able to provide your input. I prefer to do this via e-mail but can also send hard copy if you prefer.

  1. I have excellent financial contacts that can handle just about any mortgage need or problem. Your clients will receive  courteous treatment and respect from these individuals and not be treated as just another loan. The individuals I suggest will always provide them as many alternatives as will suit their needs and always strive to educate them in the process.

  2. I'll work at their pace and move as quickly or deliberately as their requirements dictate.

  3. I prefer to work with buyers as a "Buyer Agent", but if they are savvy purchasers and want to maintain their own counsel, I would work as a sub-agent.

  4. Your fee will be handled expeditiously as our office normally writes checks within a day of receiving the proceeds from the settlement agency. And you will be paid a...

If there are other agents in your office who have a referral for this area, I will pay you a 5% referral fee for passing them on to me.

    Arlington, Fairfax, Fauquier, Loudoun, Prince William, Spotsylvania and Stafford counties. This also includes the town of Alexandria. I've worked with buyers as far away as Fredericksburg and Leesburg, VA. Just let me know the areas in which they are interested.
